WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CREATING AND MAINTAINING AN ACCOUNT?

This data will be managed according to PrintsKO’s Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes. Additionally, you agree to the following:
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- You are allowed only one account at a time and must not create an account with a false identity or on behalf of someone else unless you have their permission to do so.
- If you have been previously removed by PrintsKO, you cannot have an account or use the Service.
- PrintsKO reserves the right to decline your registration or cancel an existing account at our discretion.
- We will primarily communicate with you through the email address you provide.
- Harassment or abuse towards PrintsKO employees can lead to immediate termination of your account.
- You are entirely responsible for keeping your account login details safe and must not share them with anyone else. If you suspect your account details have been hacked, lost, or stolen, or if you detect any unauthorized access to your PrintsKO account, you must notify PrintsKO immediately. You alone are accountable for all activities conducted through your PrintsKO account. PrintsKO is not liable for any loss you might suffer if someone else uses your username or password, regardless of whether you are aware of it. To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for any costs and attorney’s fees that arise from failing to protect your login details or not promptly informing the company about unauthorized access to your account or a breach of your account details.
- PrintsKO is not liable for any consequences that arise from revoking, canceling, or suspending your account for any reason. Your account and registration will be immediately terminated if you violate any of the terms outlined here. - You promise and guarantee that you will not engage in any illegal or prohibited actions against PrintsKO or any third parties while using the PrintsKO service or when interacting with other customers.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS TO CONTENT ON PRINTSKO?
Any content you upload to our platform remains your property. However, if we receive a complaint or have reason to believe the content is not yours, or if it doesn’t comply with our guidelines, we reserve the right to remove it at our discretion. By uploading content to PrintsKO, you grant us permission to use your content for purposes such as marketing and educating other PrintsKO users. This allows us to showcase your work and help others understand how to use our services effectively.
- PrintsKO provides you with a restricted, temporary, and non-exclusive license to access and use the service for personal purposes, in accordance with the other terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions. All other rights, ownership, and interests related to the service that are not explicitly granted to you remain with the company. This means that while you have permission to use the service, any other uses or rights not specifically stated in this agreement are retained by PrintsKO.
- You are allowed to share content on the platform only if it is either your original work or you have explicit written authorization from the rightful owner of the content to share it.
By posting content, you assert and guarantee that the content is either your own creation or that you have obtained proper permission from the owner to use it. If PrintsKO requests proof of your intellectual property rights, such as copyright or trademark ownership, you must be able to provide the necessary documentation to support your claim. By posting content, you also agree to these terms and understand that you are responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and ownership of the content you share. If you believe someone has wrongfully used your copyrighted material or infringed on your trademarks, you should report the issue to us immediately. This allows us to take appropriate action to protect your intellectual property rights and maintain a safe and fair platform for all users. - By utilizing the PrintsKO service, you provide PrintsKO with a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, global license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content. This license is granted for the sole purpose of managing, expanding, and marketing the PrintsKO service.
In simpler terms, when you upload content to PrintsKO, you give them permission to use your content in various ways, such as showcasing it on their platform, making copies, modifying it as needed, or creating new content based on it. This permission is necessary for PrintsKO to efficiently operate their service and promote it to others. This license is limited to activities directly related to the service itself, ensuring your content is used appropriately and within the scope of PrintsKO’s platform.
- As a requirement for using the service, you agree not to use the service for any purpose that violates these Terms and Conditions. You are accountable for all activities associated with the service and you confirm and guarantee that you will comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations, including any relevant codes, while using the services (including providing your content). You confirm and guarantee the following:

- You will not bypass or disable any technological protections within the service designed to safeguard intellectual property rights.
- You will not use the service to attempt, or work with any device, program, or service designed to bypass controls on access to or rights in a content file or other work protected by copyright laws.
- You will not use or access the service to gather data for use in a competing product or service.
- You will not use your account to promote, solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, such as chain letters, spam emails, or repetitive messages.
- You will not use your account for any unlawful activities.
- You must supervise your account to limit usage by minors, and you will deny access to children under 13. You take full responsibility for unauthorized use of the service by minors and are accountable for any use of your payment method by minors.
- You will not use the service to order and resell blank products without personalizing them with your artwork.
- You will not make any claims or warranties about the products beyond what is allowed or specifically authorized by the provider of the products.
- Any prohibited use will lead to the immediate termination of your license to use the service.

- By using the service, PrintsKO may view, monitor, and record your activities without providing prior notice or obtaining further permission from you, as long as it complies with applicable laws. However, PrintsKO is not obligated to carry out such monitoring. Any information gathered through these means can be examined by law enforcement agencies if there is an investigation or prosecution of potential criminal activity related to your use of the service.
- PrintsKO reserves the right to remove any of your content from their platform at their discretion if it violates their Terms and Conditions, policies, or is reported as infringing on intellectual property rights, with or without prior notice. They are not obligated to monitor your content. Additionally, content that falls into the following categories is prohibited and may result in the termination of your account:
- Child Exploitation: You are prohibited from posting or uploading content that exploits or abuses children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or any content that presents children in a sexual manner.
- Harassment, Bullying, Defamation, and Threats: You cannot post or upload content that harasses, bullies, defames, or threatens any specific individual.
- Hateful Content: You are forbidden from posting or uploading content that condones or promotes violence against people based on their race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, or veteran status. Additionally, promoting crimes or terrorism through content is prohibited.
- Illegal Content: You may not post or upload content that is obscene or that facilitates or promotes activities that are illegal in the jurisdictions where you operate or do business.
- Intellectual Property: You are not allowed to post or upload content that infringes on the copyrights or trademarks of others.
- Personal and Confidential Information: Posting or uploading any content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords, is prohibited unless you have consent from the individual to whom the information belongs or who is authorized to provide such consent.
- Self-Harm: You may not post or upload content that promotes self-harm.
- Terrorist Organizations: You are prohibited from posting or uploading content that implies or promotes support, funding, or membership in a terrorist organization.

- When utilizing the Service, PrintsKO retains the authority to observe, monitor, and document activity without prior notice or additional consent from you, within the bounds allowed by relevant laws, although this is not an obligatory practice. Any data acquired through monitoring, reviewing, or recording may be scrutinized by law enforcement agencies regarding the investigation or prosecution of potential criminal activity associated with the Service’s use.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
We are not liable for any losses you experience from using our Service or from purchasing and using Products. If you break the law or violate this agreement and face legal action, we are not responsible for the consequences. Please read this section thoroughly, as it outlines and limits our obligations and responsibilities to you.
- YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTSKO, ITS OFFICER, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, EQUITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, OR FOR DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (a) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, (b) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY PRODUCTS, DATA, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (c) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING PROVIDERS, (d) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- You agree to indemnify and protect PrintsKO, as well as its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers, from any claims or demands made by third parties. This protection includes covering any reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred. These claims or demands might stem from several situations:
- Breach of Terms and Conditions: If you violate any part of these Terms and Conditions, including any promises or guarantees you made within them, you will be responsible for any resulting claims.
- Negligence or Intentional Misconduct: If your careless actions or deliberate misconduct cause issues, you will be held accountable for any claims or demands that arise.
- Violation of Laws or Rights: If you break any laws or infringe on someone else’s rights, leading to claims or demands from third parties, you will be responsible for addressing those claims.
By agreeing to these terms, you are ensuring that PrintsKO and its associated entities are protected from legal and financial repercussions caused by your actions. This helps maintain a safe and legally compliant environment for all users and stakeholders involved with the service.
