User Data Deletion Process
- User Requests Deletion. When a user initiates a request to delete their personal data through email (ericdjko@printsko.com), it is crucial to verify the authenticity of the request and the identity of the user.
- Identity Verification. Users must provide adequate identity verification details to confirm that they are the rightful owners of the account.
- Data Location and Retrieval. Once a user request is received, all personal data associated with the user must be identified and located. This includes registration information, order records, transaction history, and other relevant data.
- Data Deletion. After verifying the user’s identity and locating the data, the deletion process should commence. This involves removing the relevant data from our databases, storage systems, and any associated systems.
Data Deletion Timeline
Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will promptly begin the process. The timeline for completing the data deletion varies depending on the relevant privacy laws and the complexity of the request. Generally, our goal is to complete the process within 7 business days from the date the valid request is received.
Data Backup and Retention
After data deletion, we will ensure that the relevant information is also removed from our backup systems to prevent inadvertent retention. However, certain data may need to be retained due to legal or regulatory obligations. If any data must be retained for such reasons, it will be securely stored and isolated from our active systems.
